Classic Taiwan “High Mountain.” Buttery in the aroma and mouthfeel. Stocky greens in the cup with a passable impression of nutmeg at the end.

Harvested on April 29, 2023 and finished production May 1, 2023 by Mr. Qiu Chenpu. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the Qingxin cultivar growing in the Heping district of Taichung, Taiwan at approximately 5,500 feet.

Steeping Instructions

5 grams | 10-12 oz water | 195°F | Steep 4 min.

Traditional Steeping: Use 6 grams of tea and steep with boiling water in a 150ml gaiwan.

• 1^st steep – 25 seconds
• 2^nd steep – 20 seconds
• 3^rd steep – 40 seconds
• 4^th steep – 2 minutes
