Visit our retail store in St. Anthony Village or order online to have tea shipped to you via USPS.

We are open for in-person shopping Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 12pm-6pm. You can also call the store directly to place an order over the phone. We offer a limited menu of to-go beverages including chai, iced tea, and hot tea, and all bulk tea is sold in pre-packed bags. 

Note: If you place an order on our website, it will automatically be shipped to you via USPS.

  • Credit card payment required when placing orders.
  • Allow minimum 2 hours, confirm pick-up time when placing order.

Shipping Questions

How is my tea shipped?

For U.S. domestic orders:
All orders to be shipped in the U.S. are processed within 2 business days* and are ready for the next scheduled pickup by the United States Postal Service. 

For orders under $20 shipping costs $6.95
For orders between $20 - $49 shipping costs $7.95
For orders over $49 shipping is FREE

Please note that shipping charges are calculated from the subtotal of your order, AFTER any discounts or coupons are applied. Gift card purchases do NOT apply to the $49 minimum to qualify for free shipping. 

*If you place an order on Friday, your order may not be shipped until Tuesday due to USPS pick-up days.

Shipping to an APO or a US territory All US shipping rates and rules apply.

When placing your order, use the "Outside US" option from the "State/Province" drop down menu, and type the correct territory or province abbreviation in the "Other State/Province" Field.

How long will it take to receive my tea?

For orders shipped within the US, to US Territories, or to APOs, you should receive your tea within 3-5 business days from the date the order was shipped. *Arrival times may vary during the holidays.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Due to fees and issues with customs, we only ship internationally to Canada at this time. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

Canadian orders: Please contact our Retail Mail Order department at orders@teasource.com or at 877-768-7233 with your order and shipping information. Once the order is packed, we will calculate the shipping costs and arrange payment with you.

I'm having trouble logging into my TeaSource customer account. What should I do?
The most likely issue is that you need to create an account or reset your password. Please email us at orders@teasource.com or call us toll free at 1-877-768-7233 for assistance.

I want to update the email address associated with my account.

General Website Questions

What type of payment is accepted for online orders?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and TeaSource gift cards. We do not accept checks.

Is it safe to send my credit card number over the Internet?
TeaSource uses a Secure Server to transmit your credit card information. The data sent through the Secure Server is encrypted. It is actually safer to transmit your credit card information through the Secure Server than to give the number out over the telephone.
If your browser does not support secure transactions, you may place your order by phone by calling our toll-free number 1 (877) 768-7233. In the Twin Cities metro area, please call (651) 788-9971.

What is your privacy policy regarding personal information?
A good question. Our policy is simple: under absolutely NO circumstances do we make any information about our customers available to anyone else. We never sell or trade my customer lists: including names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mails etc. Credit card numbers are destroyed as soon as an order is processed. 

What is TeaSource's return policy?
We always try to provide the highest quality products, but if there is a defect in any product from TeaSource we will happily replace it or refund your money. However, we can not refund money or accept a return on bulk tea purchases unless the heat-sealed closure is still intact. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on bulk tea simply because you didn't like the flavor. Therefore, we strongly recommend reading the description carefully and purchasing the minimum amount (2 ounces) of a new tea before purchasing a large quantity.
We do require a receipt for all returns. All returns must be done within 45 days of the purchase date.
