Summer Cabin Black Tea
A tea of no worries, no hurries, no fuss. Light in body with a cherry/woodsy character and a very forgiving steeper. Pour it on ice if you wish.
Produced by Mr. Lin Rui Fu in Anxi County, Fujian. Grown at 2,200 feet with one bud, three leaf pluck of Jin Guanyin cultivar. Harvested and processed on July 10, 2021. Summer teas, if processed correctly, can be very good values. The post-roasting (after the tea is finished drying) smooths out any harsh edges, brings forward the desirable aromas, and gives it the easy-going character.
