Wonderful oolong! I get lots of floral notes on this one. For people who like lighter delicate oolongs this one is for you! I brew ‘western’ style and would get 3 steeps and the cold brew the rest. The fourth steep cold brew is so light and refreshing!

Harvested and produced October 3, 2025 and roasted November 25, 2025 by Mr. Huang Taifa in Huaizhi Village, Anxi County, Fujian Province. It’s a one bud three leaf pick of the Tieguanyin cultivar growing at approximately 2,200 feet.

4 grams | 10-12 oz water | 195°F | Steep 4 min.
Traditional Steeping - Use 6 grams in a 150 ml gaiwan with 195°F degree water.

- 4th – 40 seconds
- 5th – 90 seconds
- 6th – 3 minutes
