Produced from material harvested on March 20, 2018 and finished on June 20, 2019. It’s a fine pluck of 1 bud and 1 leaf of the “Yunnan Big Leaf” cultivar at approximately 4,800 feet in Menghai county, Yunnan province.
Correction: The package states the date of production as 6/6/21. This is the date the bricks were wrapped for resale, not the date of production.

Ingredients: puer tea
3 grams | 12 oz water | 212°F | Steep 3 min.
Traditional Steeping - Use 6 grams of tea in a 150ml gaiwan or teapot with boiling water and steep as follows:
- Rinse – 10 seconds
- 1st – 20 seconds
- 2nd – 20 seconds
- 3rd – 30 seconds
- 4th – 45 seconds
- 5th – 2 minutes
- 6th – 5 minutes
