This is a great everyday Assam; very hearty and malty, but with a nice clean taste.This tea is our first choice for using as a base tea for TeaSource Chai.

Suggested Steeping Instruction:
Use 1 rounded tsp per 8oz water. Steep at 212° for 3-5 minutes.
