Harvested and produced May 9, 2025 by Mr. Li Jilin in Huangbai Village, Wuyi City, Fujian Province. The roasting was completed October 16, 2025. It’s a one bud, three leaf pick of the Shui Xian cultivar growing at 1,400 feet.
