Harvested and produced April 28, 2026 by Ms. Peng Da Jie in Guzhang County, Hunan Province. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the Bi Xiang Zao cultivar growing at approximately 3,000 feet.

Steeping Instructions
Western Steeping Method
Steep 3 grams of tea in 10–12 oz of 175°F (79°C) water for 3 minutes.
Traditional Steeping Method
Steep 5 grams of tea in a 150 ml gaiwan or teapot with 175°F (79°C) water for the following times.
Rinse: 10 seconds – discard (optional)
1st steep: 20 seconds
2nd steep: 15 seconds
3rd steep: 25 seconds
4th steep: 45 seconds
5th steep: 90 seconds
6th steep: 3 minutes
