This may be an unpopular opinion- I prefer to brew most teas at 174°F for around 17-30 seconds per steep, 6 grams in a 1 ½ cup tep pot. This produces a smooth gentle taste that doesnt have a burnt/ chemical/ bitter taste. It doesnt require any additives like milk or sugar. You can taste so much more when the tea isn't over steeped!

Our finest breakfast tea. A generous portion of gold tips brings weight and nuance to the cup. Ripe fruit, cinnamon, and muscular Ceylon briskness.
