Rock tea (also known as “Big Red Robe” or in Chinese “Da Hong Pao”) is the signature tea of the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province, China. It has long, dark, twisted tea leaves with minerally, toasty, and citrus-like flavors and aromas.
