A “Home-Sweet-Home” kind of tea. Great body with just the right density and an undisturbed grassiness. Nothing fancy, but true to its form.

Produced spring 2023 in Shizuoka Prefecture. It’s a deep-steamed tea made from the Yabukita cultivar.

4 grams | 10-12 oz water | 175°F | Steep 3 min.

1st Steep - 10 grams | 8 oz water | 175°F | Steep 40 seconds

2nd Steep - 10 grams | 8 oz water | 175°F | Steep 10 seconds
