Really like the flavor of this one. Very slight dry mouth feel but otherwise great choice. The flavor itself is light. I would steep longer on this one.

The aromatics of molten rock bubbling up from the sea floor. The cup has an impervious mineral quality with a heavy body and seamless texture. A roasted sweetness rises in the aftertaste.
Harvested and produced May 3, 2025 by Mr. Yang Jie on Wuyi Mountain, Nan Ping City, Fujian Province. It’s a one bud, three leaf pick of the Shui Xian cultivar growing at 1,600 feet. Final roast was completed July 3, 2025.
