Harvested and produced April 1, 2025 by Mr. Yang Jin Bin in Lu Tian Town, Anxi County, Fujian Province. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the Hei Dan cultivar growing at 3,200 feet. Hei Dan is a rare and natural variation of the popular “Huang Dan” cultivar, better known as “Huang Jin Gui”, used to make oolong tea in Anxi County.
Western Steeping Method
Steep 3 grams of tea in 10–12 oz of 212°F (100°C) water for 4 minutes.
