The evocative spirit of warmed foliage from beginning to end. The depth of body bears a red apple ripeness. The mouthfeel has a rousing, snappy texture, but refrains from bitterness or astringency.
This “Bai Mu Dan” style tea was produced in May 2025 in Changshun County, Guizhou Province. It’s a one bud two-leaf pick from the “White Downy” cultivar growing at approximately 3,600 feet. The process took about 70 hours of withering the leaves, allowing for incidental fermentation to occur to get the desired outcome.
