Gu Zhang Black Tea
Description: This tea goes down easy. It has a rich aroma and lightly textured dark chocolate and floral flavors. The cup has zero astringency and a honey-sweet finish.
This tea is made from the “zhu ye qi” cultivar in Gu Zhang county of Hunan province – a famous tea growing region. The curled leaf style is popular in the domestic Chinese market and works well when steeping in a gaiwan or whatever your favorite preparation method is.

6 grams | 6 oz water | 212°F | Rinse 5 sec. | Steep 30 sec.
