Earl Grey Crème | Black Tea
Velvety smooth, strong, and aromatic with a hint of bright citrus. We begin with a black tea from our favorite Ceylon tea garden, Lumbini; incorporate natural bergamot flavor, a touch of creaminess, and calendula blossoms to make this unique and addicting blend.
Earl Grey tea is a very aromatic black tea blend, originally made with Chinese black tea and oil of bergamot. Bergamot is a citrus fruit (an obscure branch of the orange family) grown around the Mediterranean. Bergamot is rarely eaten fresh (very bitter), but is wonderfully aromatic with a citrus tang.
Suggested Steeping Instruction:
Use 1 rounded tsp per 8 oz cup boiling water. Steep 2-4 min.
