Yunnan Gold Bud | Black Tea
Quintessential Yunnan black tea. Regal robes of downy fur cover the buds and give the liquor a plush texture. The cup gives the impression of caramelized grains, yet is not overtly sweet. A transcendent tea…and pretty, too.
Produced September 3-4, 2022 by Ms. Zhao Yu Jie in Feng Qing county, Lincang city, Yunnan, China. Made from sun-dried single buds growing at 6,000 feet from the Feng Qing Big Leaf cultivar. The Chinese name is “Honey Scented Gold Buds” because of its sweet aroma.
