I was really pleased with this batch. I'm brewing it Gongfu style, and have been impressed with the amount of steeps and the level of flavor I am still getting. It's sweet and the body of it is kind of like a nectar consistency. Has a grassy flavor but one that is kind of sweet with just a little kick that I can only describe as being somehwhere between the slight kick of ginger and the smell of fresh hay in the fall. I was very surprised at how this turned out being as cheap as it is.
