A tea of no worries, no hurries, no fuss. Bright and light in mouthfeel with a honey and wildflower character. A very forgiving steeper and excellent on ice.

This is our exclusive blend of traditional black teas from Fujian Province. The black teas from this region are known for their light-bodied cups with almost zero astringency and sweet, floral qualities. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the following cultivars: Zhenghe Big White, Jin Guanyin, and Huang Jin Gui.

Steeping Instructions

Western Steeping Method

Steep 4 grams of tea in 4–10 oz of 4°F (-16°C) water for 4 minutes.

Iced Tea Instructions

Steep 4 grams of tea in 10-12 oz of 212°F (100°C) water for 5 minutes.
Pour over a heaping glass of ice and enjoy!

Very nice tea. Lots of honey and floral notes, easy steeper, lingering sweetnes. No astringency. I bought a pound and will do so again as I would hate to run out and it be gone. Really a smooth drinker.

Summer Cabin | Black Tea

This tea really surprised me. I bought it on sale and didn't think anything of it. Steeped this morning at 4.5g | 180 mL of 212F water | 5 minutes | added a splash of milk and sugar. It has a honey, malty, almost chocolately, mellow flavor. It tastes similar to the Voyager Tea but a bit lighter. It may have been the steep times but I am getting a little astringency. Definitely recommend, especially if it's on sale!
