The aromatics are sweet and inviting. The liquor is hearty, yet has a soft touch. The subdued roast makes for a mellow experience with lingering cherry flavors that hang on well after your cup is dry.
Harvested May 7, 2025 by Mr. Li Jilin in Caodun Village, Wuyi City, Fujian Province. It’s a one bud, three leaf pick of the Jin Mu Dan cultivar growing at approximately 1,300 feet. The roasting was completed October 14, 2025.
