I bought it cause it was dirt cheap. It was ok. I haven't drank a lot of white teas so I didn't know what to expect but it was a very subtle apple taste that was almost non existent. maybe I'm just spoiled with my normal teas but to get any flavor I had to double or double and half foir flavor and THEN I got flavor and it was actually pretty good. Maybe I'm doing something wrong when brewing it.

This is my favorite Bai Mu Dan! I believe that is is an example of a “browned” white tea, enhancing the warmer, fruitier notes. It is a smooth, lightly energizing tea that is easy to drink on a daily basis. My tasting notes include stewed peaches, meadow flowers, black pepper and a hint of pine wood. Delicious!

My. Favorite. White. Tea. Cheap and Wonderful flavor profiles. The extra withering brings some interesting stuff to the party. A great White Tea with much less of the vegetal green flavors that a lot of other white teas have.

A nice white tea with that little bit of extra fermentation providing lovely warm undertones.
