Many Moons Rock Tea | Oolong Tea
The rock of rock teas. The plum aromatics are pleasantly deceptive. The liquor has the body and mouthfeel of floating stones. The roast character has an excitable sweetness in an otherwise imposing mineral monolith. A subtle rose aftertaste brings it to a graceful finale.
Harvested and produced May 2, 2024 by Mr. Li Jilin in Caodun Village, Wuyishan City, Fujian Province. Mr. Li finished the roasting February 18, 2025. It’s a one bud, three leaf pick of the Huang Guanyin cultivar growing at 2,000 feet.
