Jasper Rock Tea | Oolong Tea
Classic example of the Rou Gui "cinnamon" cultivar. The candy-like quality and subtle, yet true cinnamon bite feels inviting and familiar. Full-bodied, smooth texture, and a latent sweetness in the finish. This is the real deal.
Harvested and produced May 7, 2024 by Mr. Li Jilin at Da Keng Kou, Wuyishan City, Fujian Province. Mr. Li finished the roasting March 10, 2025. It’s a one bud, three leaf pick of the Rou Gui cultivar growing at 800 feet. Rou Gui translates to “cinnamon” in English.
