The heat at Dragonwell's core is the tale that never ends. The roast quality is finely sculpted, not charred. Light in body, but the spectrum of green tea characters – grassy, nutty, floral – are all competing for your attention. Vary the steeping and you’ll get different stories.

Produced April 9, 2023 by Mr. Qian Taifeng in Qiandao Lake, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It’s a one bud and one leaf pick from a local cultivar growing at 1,000 meters. The iron wok is the tool that produces the flat leaves of Dragonwell (Chinese: Long Jing). The practitioners of this tool go through years of training where they learn the ten hand techniques and develop the iron palm that becomes conditioned to the heat.
