Sparrow Tongue | Green Tea
It has the aromatics of fresh linen in a seashore breeze. The light-bodied liquor is comfortable with a satiating mouthfeel. The tea is bright, lightly floral, and possesses the primal sweetness of young garden greens.
Harvested and produced April 6, 2026 by Mr. Tang Jiangtao in Hetaoba Village, Meitan County, Guizhou Province. It’s a bud only pick of the Qianmei 601 cultivar growing at 3,300 feet. This tea was steam-fired instead of the traditional dry-heat to bring out its uniquely brisk taste.
