This lot of tea is SOLD OUT. We're hoping to source a new lot in the future, but there is no guarantee.
The sentimental appeal of a bucolic garden watercolor. Light body with a gentle floral aroma, the mouthfeel is clean and frictionless. A perfect reprieve from the noise.
Produced in the late spring of 2025, this is a blend from multiple farms in Miyazaki prefecture. It’s made from native Zairai tea plant grown from seed, which is quite rare. Kamairicha is pan-fired (dry heat) green tea, as is typical in China, instead of the steaming that is the standard for all Japanese sencha. The results are less brothy and more floral in quality.
