A heavy, textured black tea reminiscent of tobacco and molasses. Has little astringency and works great as a breakfast tea.

A lovely tea I've been enjoying for years. I also enjoy a "French Blend" breakfast tea of 3-4 parts Yunan FOP with 1 part TS Breakfast Assam.

Yunnan FOP | Black Tea

Imagine if, while walking on the beach, in the woods or even down the street, a wonderful charcoaled-wafting of pleasant smokiness pauses under your nose, olfactorily lifting you to memories of a campfire or cookout of time past. This is a delightful smoky tea. Not abrupt but undeniably present. Sweet but not cloying. And a fine finish cuddles the palate.

Yunnan FOP | Black Tea

This tea converted my wife from being a coffee drinker. It's got a lot of flavor and doesn't become too bitter if oversteeped. Great dark chocolate, molasses and barley flavors. I've had more expensive Yunnan black teas that weren't nearly as good. For the price, it can't be beat.
