This is a really lovely tea! I brew it at 6-8 g per 200-250mL, 175 degree water, no rinse, 30 sec to start and plus 15 seconds per infusion. I notice a honey aroma immediately, which I love! The flavor is best on 1-2 steeps but still very drinkable in steeps 3-4. That said, I have noticed that the flavor changes significantly depending on the water; at home with RO water remineralized to a pretty even mineral profile tastes much better than tap water when made elsewhere. So, a bit of a finicky tea, but worth the effort I think - I enjoy this tea a lot and will definitely be reordering it. A very affordable tea for the flavor!

Larger than life, full-bodied green tea. The soup of cooked greens is sweet and clean, but steep it light and numerously to tame its potency. Hale and hearty. A spirited cup, indeed!
