black tea, green tea, rosehips, natural flavor, strawberries, calendula, rose petals
Steeping Instructions
Western Steeping Method
Steep 3 grams of tea in
10–12 oz of
212°F (100°C) water for
3 minutes.
Iced Tea Instructions
Steep 4 grams of tea in 10-12 oz of 212°F (100°C) water for 3 minutes.
Pour over a heaping glass of ice and enjoy!

This tea is good but in no way compares to Prairie Passion. Hope to have the original back soon! luckily I bought a couple pounds so I still have some to enjoy. The new blend is more fruity instead of a spring field in full bloom floral.
I found Tea Source through the original Prairie Passion blend alone! This was over 16 years ago or more! Come to find the blend had changed and now a different name, I am so sad. This was my go to tea iced and also what had me discover Tea Source many many years back. Prairie Passion with the passion fruit blend was so amazing and bold! Nothing will replace it. Like others asking if it could come back and why would you replace such a good thing! So sad. I would also purchase it by the pound!
This is tasty cold or hot. The green and black blend makes it not "weak" nor "strong", just right for this flavor. The other natural ingredients makes a very nice balance of flavors. I was pleasantly surprised that I liked it hot, as it sounds more like an iced tea.
I drink hot tea year around and never get tired of this one. Also like Minnesota N'ice tea, so will alternate with that and try others, but always come back to Prairie Passion. It's a comfort tea! Thank You!
I almost literally live off of iced tea, all year long. This is a big favorite - a little fruity, nicely balanced, and just a hint of sweetness. I love the gentle mix of green and black too - it's a wonderful mix and I recommend it highly to everyone who stops by my home!
I have ordered Passion Passion for many years, and serve it to guests with great reviews! This new recipe does not have the same full-bodied flavor. Is their any way to bring back the original??
Agree with others. The original recipe was a perfect subtle blend. This is a completely different flavor -- too floral and sweet. Any chance of returning to the original blend of flavors?
I agree with the others who said they liked the old recipe much more. Please bring it back! The new recipe is nice enough, but the floral fragrance and taste is too strong. With the old recipe, the flavors were so subtle and wonderful.
This was my go to tea for a number of years. Don't mind this new recipe, might have bought it if it had been a new tea and not replaced the original prairie passion. I am extremely disappointed that this has changed. I order a bunch without realizing that the blend had changed. I wish they had left it alone as it was a wonderful blend to begin with.
This used to be my all time favorite tea for years. I liked this tea so much I would buy it by the pound!! In fact if I was happy and wanted to celebrate I would make this tea.....if I was sad about something I would make this tea and it would cheer me up!
The blend has now changed and to me it no longer has the flavor I used to enjoy. I doubt I will purchase this tea again.
I like to try new teas and Tea Source is a great way to do that. Most of their tea is wonderful but not this one. It is very floral with not much black tea flavor. It is better iced than hot. As iced tea I would add another star. When I drink it hot I add a little black tea (Ceylon) to it.
My family has been drinking Prairie Passion for years. It's a staple in our house. Initially, I used it to make sun tea. I took it to block parties, church socials, any outdoor event in the summer. I have never had a negative comment. It is always the favorite iced tea, no competition. I have had lots of people ask where I got the tea, and I've always referred them to the Tea Source. In recent years, I've enjoyed a hot cup of Prairie Passion after being outdoors on a cold winter day. Again, for my family, this is the favorite tea - hot or cold. We are a family of "tea snobs,"and pleasing everyone used to be difficult. Not any more. Prairie Passion is the best!
