Western Steeping Method
Steep 3 grams of tea in 10–12 oz of 175°F (79°C) water for 3 minutes.
Traditional Steeping Method
Steep 15 grams of tea in a 20 oz Dobin Teapot with 212°F (100°C) water for 1 minute.
This brewing method yields approximately five small cups, making it ideal for sharing.
