I bought this recently and I like it just fine. The cup gets very hot very quick but I just pick it up with the saucer and pour with my thumb on the lid. It's pretty. Like in the picture. And looks nice on my counter, where it rests most of the day, patiently waiting to be used to make some oolong :) I'm going to get the friendship gaiwan too. Now that I've learned to pour I think I'd like a bigger cup.
