This is a bold, well-oxidized oolong. Generally, I prefer to steep my own leaves but the barista did a wonderful job with putting this over ice. The honey, mineral, charcoal, floral, and some fruity notes hit so nicely on the palate.

Classic, high floral, citrus aromatics. The light-bodied cup has a strong, effervescent mouthfeel with a ruby red grapefruit character that resonates through the aftertaste. A bold, yet clean, clear cup at an excellent value.
