Wow, the "zero astringency" description is spot on. This is so smooth! The leaves are quite beautiful to watch as they unfurl, too. Such high quality tea! :O

This “Anji Bai Cha” style tea is green and savory, yet light as a feather. The cup character of freshly husked corn and faintly roasted greens is buoyed by a soft cotton texture. Zero astringency. Bucolic, yet refined.
Harvested and produced April 4, 2026 by Mr. Xu Yiqang in Daxi Village, Anji County, Zhejiang Province. It’s a one bud, one leaf pick of the Baiye #1 cultivar growing at 2,500 feet.
