I bought 3 Taiwan oolongs, Nightfall (My favorite) Troubadour (close second!) and this, Torchlight. It's good, it has a subtle sweet taste and a complicated aftertaste but it is still my least favorite of the three!

This tea has a soothing and familiar feel with inviting aromatics of autumnal spices and a gentle, silky liquor. The cup character of nutmeg and roasted cashews finishes with a wedge of clementine in the aftertaste.
This medium roast Dong Ding style tea was harvested and produced September 15, 2024 and roasted on June 18, 2025 by Mr. Gao Jinshijie in Renai Township, Nantou County. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the Qing Xin cultivar growing at approximately 4,900 feet.
