An intensely elemental experience. The deep green color steeps a strong cup of mushrooms, minerals, and lily pads. Salty sea spray and celery soak up the finish.
Produced in the spring of 2024 in Satsuki town of Oita prefecture. It’s made from the Shunmei cultivar, which is not well-known but provides a rich, yet mild-mannered cup that is palatable to a wide audience.
