You could use this in a sachet in your closet. The sweet aroma, even in the bag, is relaxing to the spirit. It is so smooth on the tongue. The flavor, to me, has a hint of really sweet orange citrus and Laplang souchong. Thank you TS for this freebie. I hope you still have it when I order again.

It’s pretty good I’m new to this sort of tea so I can’t appreciate everything but it tastes interesting I guess every sip grows on me

This current batch of Golden Needle is deeper in taste than the previous harvest. Still my favorite of all. I'm looking forward to the new batch arriving at Teasource. I will definitely stock up!

great balance I feel like this offers dark molasses malt while keeping clean floral notes up front. TeaSource introduced me to Yunnan Teas in 2005, and this feels like a classic example of that flavor

I am originally from Kyrgyzstan, Central Asia. In our traditions we drink way more tea than coffee how it’s in the West. And i can tell you, i’ve never tried tea like that before. It’s Absolutely excellent and delicious!! I tried many fabulous teas from Tea Source, and this one is one of my favorite now! Such a smooth soft flavor, no bitterness, very smooth. Must try!! Thank you Tea Source for bringing such an excellent quality teas to Minnesota!

While I bought this a few weeks back, I just opened the bag to try it this morning. Excellent! Well rounded taste, super-large leaves and rich flavors. I like malty teas, this has a hint of that and a robustness I appreciate. Not too astringent at all. Great find! Ms. Zhao has some amazing products (I have a few from Tea Source she produces - all excellent!)

This is a good tea, for sure, just not my cup of...tea! I don't have a sensitive or refined palate, and this tea taunts me about it. However, what I do detect most from this tea is a subtle and low-key hint of apple, just enough to enhance the base of the tea, just as a pinch of salt does to food. Otherwise, I'm at a loss to express more about this tea. It is a good tea.
