Brewed up a cup to pair with a German honey cake that I made and it was wonderful. The apple really shines and the lemongrass is a nice added secondary flavor. Haven't tried it cold yet, but I would imagine that no matter how you prepare it and with what you pair with it, it will still be delightful.
