For years I've enjoy blending TS's Yunnan FOP with Breakfast Assam. Albert Square is similar but just different enough from my blend to keep things interesting. I enjoy both English style with whole milk.

I LOVE THE ALBERT SQUARE TEA. I USUALLY MAKE IT FOR AFTERNOON TEA AND ENJOY IT WITH A TEA BISCUIT OR 2. IF YOU HAVE NOT TRIED THIS TEA YOU SHOULD I ALSO LIKE THE GREEN TEA WITH MANGO. THIS IS A GREAT ICED TEA IN TYE SUMMER. AND THE OTHER ONE IS THE ENGLISH BREAKFAST TEA. SOO I HAVE TO REFILL MY SUPPLY I REALLY HOPE TO GET A POUND OF THE ALBERT SQUARE TEA. RIGHT NOW THEY ARE SOLD OUT.😒😞

Albert Square | Black Tea

This tea is a mix of Assam and Ceylon and it shows. The first brewing (212 degrees 3 minutes) has some of that Assam malt and some bitter. The second brewing is much more Ceylon (that "Lipton briskness"). It will still work with milk, but is not dark - it's better with lemon and honey.

Albert Square | Black Tea

What I've noticed with this tea is that coffee drinkers enjoy it most, thus some reviews report it being astringent. My tea drinking hubby is good with Albert square but his favorite morning brews from Teasource are: Empire Keemum, Assam and Ceylon Burning Sun. As an avid coffee drinker, I LOVE Albert Square at a maximum 4 min steep with honey only--no cream.

Albert Square | Black Tea

It's an English breakfast tea. Classic, not that interesting. I find it requires a little sugar to counteract astringency on a long steep.
