Cross-Country Matcha | Green Tea
This matcha has noticeable depth and a creamy, smooth mouthfeel. Sold in a 20-gram bag inside of a tin.
Harvested May 2025 in Kagoshima prefecture, Japan. It is a blend of Yabukita and Saemidori cultivars.

Steeping Instructions
Sift 2 grams (or one and a half chashaku scoops) of matcha into 2 ounces of 195°F water. Whisk rapidly with a bamboo whisk (chasen) until foam appears on the surface.
