Sweet and light with a white chocolate aroma. Sold in a 20-gram bag inside of a tin.
Harvested May 2025 in Miyazaki prefecture, Japan. It is a blend of Kanayamidori and Yabukita cultivars.

Steeping Instructions
Sift 2 grams (or one and a half chashaku scoops) of matcha into 2 ounces of 195°F water. Whisk rapidly with a bamboo whisk (chasen) until foam appears on the surface.

Sift 2 grams of matcha into a bowl to remove any clumps. Add 2 oz of 195°F (91°C) water and whisk briskly in a zig-zag motion with a bamboo whisk (chasen) until a fine layer of foam forms on the surface.
