The name says it all. This herbal blend is spicy, sweet, and caffeine-free.
Sweet Cinnamon Orange is a rooibos-based blend. Rooibos (Aspalathus linearis) is cultivated in the Republic of South Africa and is naturally caffeine-free. It can be used in blends like this or prepared and consumed as an herbal beverage on its own.

I am just starting to experiment with different teas and I got this at a little shop here in Jonesville Michigan called Jilly Bean. I absolutely love that each sip gives you a different taste sensation.
was writing a similar review for Northern Lights (evening in misoula’s pseudo replacement) and thought I should add my thoughts to this one. ok, but not great. Definitely not like montana gold. Would not buy again.
I absolutely love this tea! Yes, this used to be called Montana Gold. If your senses love all things Fall, this is the tea for you! I put this in with steamed Oat Milk, locally sourced honey, a generous amount of vanilla, and a dash of nutmeg on top! It's a decadent warm flavor of Fall in a cup!
It’s like when that sassy, bossy friend finally relaxed enough to show their sweet side. The rooibos base mellows out the cinnamon and clove to let the sweetness of the orange come through. I generally don’t like cinnamon flavored teas but I like this one.
Loving this tea!
Was looking to replace a previous cider-esque red tea I had run out of when I stumbled upon this blend. I didn't expect to find something that mellows so nicely together. This is very similar to a chai tea, except without the caffeine or bitter undertones that come with a black tea. Which also means I can easily enjoy this on cold mornings or a soothing cup in the late evenings.
I use it with Jim Beam Honey, bitters and fresh lemon juice to make hot toddies that my husband craves! Also, no caffeine makes it perfect for night time cocktails.
Very disappointing to those who have been drinking Montana Gold for years. The new blend lis not nearly as flavorful and requires more tea and longer brewing time to achieve a drinkable result. With so few options for us non-caffeine tea drinkers, it is unfortunate Montana Gold is no longer an option.
By itself this tea is uninspiring and unremarkable, though not unpleasant. It's mildly bitter, reminiscent of a black tea, which I don't want when I look for an herbal tea.
As the next evolution of Montana Gold, this tea is a travesty. It's not spicy. It's barely sweet. It's bitter as opposed to tantalizing. The price dropped by $15/lbs from Montana Gold (which I used to buy by the pound), but I would gladly pay the old price and more to have the world's best tea back.
If you like gentle, meek, lightly flavored hot water that tastes like it was stored in the same room as earl gray and some old clementines, this is the tea for you.
Montana Gold is hands down my favorite tea. I noticed when I bought my newest batch however, that there is now "artificial flavoring" added and the taste of the tea seemed slightly different to me. As someone with allergies and who is sensitive to additives, I am wondering if TeaSource could tell us why the change and what the "artificial flavoring" is. I'd love to be able to enjoy my favorite tea without worries
