It’s nicely cut and dried ginger root . I use it in a herbal tea to settle my stomach.

I love ginger root. I have problems with nausea and a cup of herbal tea with ginger root takes the nausea away. Best reason to buy.❤️❤️

If you love fresh ginger like I do then this tea is perfect for you! I use ginger in as much as I can for my arthritis inflammation. This is a great way of adding even more to my diet!!

OK so what you do is ... you boil up a quart of water, take it off the heat and dump a half cup to one cup of this dried ginger right into the hot water, cover it and let it steep for 5-6 minutes. Then strain it out directly into a half gallon pitcher with some ice in it. Top it off with more ice until the pitcher is full. And you will have yourself iced ginger tea! A full cup of ginger makes for a very bracing beverage. I’d start with less and work your way up. Although I don’t use sugar or simple syrup it might work quite well.

I was taking a ginger/turmeric tincture. I decided to try this instead along with turmeric infused honey--- Oh my is this good stuff ;)

I love this. It keeps really well, and steeps into a great tea that leaves you with just a hint of a spicy bite. We use it to settle touchy stomachs, or with a bit of lemon added when my family just feels meh. It’s got its own special tin that stays on my kitchen counter.
