2018 Tian Jian | Dark Tea
This dark tea from Anhua County, Hunan Province, China is medium-bodied with a slightly dark, sweet, floral character to the cup. It’s very smooth and wonderful for multiple steepings.

This encourages the microbial growth that makes dark tea unique and gives it its mellow flavor. Tian Jian translates as "Heaven Tips" referring to the high quality leaf used to make this tea.
