Sticky Rice Puer Tea
This a combination of classic shu puer with a widely used Chinese herb called Nuo Mi Xiang, which gives this tea the flavor of "sticky rice" - a delicacy known in Asian restaurants around the world. The cup is smooth, rich, slightly sweet, and earthy. This tea is pressed into small heart shaped, foil-wrapped pieces (5 grams). One piece per large mug or small pot.

Steeping Instructions
3 grams | 8 oz water | 212°F | Steep 3 min.
Traditional Steeping
6 grams | 6 oz water | 195°F | Rinse 5 sec. | Steep 30 sec.
