The domestic standard of daily Japanese sencha. The small-particle, deep-steamed leaves steep up with a full, yet soft-textured body. The broth is mushroom and asparagus-like, but lacks any sharp elbows. Comfortable and satisfying. Produced in 2022.

5 grams | 10-12 oz water | 175°F | Steep 5 min.

1st Steep - 10 grams | 8 oz water | 175°F | Steep 40 seconds
2nd Steep - 10 grams | 8 oz water | 175°F | Steep 10 seconds
