Organic English Breakfast | Black Tea
The name "English Breakfast tea" was actually coined in America sometime in the mid-19th century. It was meant to give some cachet and higher class to blends that might be drunk in England: usually strong straight black teas from tea gardens in British colonies.
Suggested Steeping Instruction:
Use 1 heaping tsp per 8 oz cup of water at 190-200°. Steep 2-4 min.
