The dry leaves of this Assam are long and wiry with a bit of golden tip and a malty/cacao scent. The cup is medium-bodied with lots of mouth feel. It is smooth, complex, and malty with a hint of a cacao note. It has a wonderful lingering, sweet aftertaste.

Use 1 heaping tsp per 8 oz. boiling water. Steep 3-5 min.
