Rou Gui (Cinnamon Oolong) gets its name from the warm, spicy flavors it tends to produce. It is a rock oolong from the Wuyi mountains of Fujian, China. Many tea farmers are removing Shui Xian (Water Immortal) plants and replacing them with Rou Gui because of its popularity in China. This lot was produced by Ms. Huang Yu.
