Margaret's Hope Estate, 1st Flush, FTGFOP1 | Black Tea
Truly a classic first flush Darjeeling black tea; very aromatic, light to medium-bodied, some briskness, some lovely muscatel notes, and lingering aftertaste.
This tea garden was originally named Bara-Rington. In 1927 the owner of the estate, Mr. Cruikshank, was visited by his daughters from England. One daughter, Margaret, was so taken by the beauty of the estate she vowed to return after her voyage to England. She fell ill on the journey to England, and died. Mr. Cruikshank renamed the garden in her memory. Located near Kuresong, with teas grown between 3000' and 6000', and watered by two rivers, Margaret's Hope usually produces some of Darjeeling's finest teas.

Use 1 rounded tsp per 8oz water around 205°. Steep 2-3 min.
