Dan Cong Oolong | Oolong Tea
"Sooo silky, smooth, buttery, and delicious. It is great for re-steeping; I love steeping this tea for short, one minute steeps, all day long."
These long sinewy hand-processed leaves show why oolong tea is sometimes known as Black Dragon tea. This oolong tea is grown on a small family farm in eastern Guangdong, near Phoenix Mountain. This tea is extremely floral and steeps up very sweet, light-medium bodies, very complex with notes of fruit, flowers, honey, almost meadow-y. An amazing Chinese oolong tea.
